Addie Fagan, Vice President of Operations

Addie joined Shasta in 2001. As Vice President of Operations, she has overall responsibility for the operation of Shasta. Since 2001 Shasta has nearly tripled in size. Addie held previous Shasta management positions in Operations, Claims and Customer Service. Now, with her 10+ years of extensive experience with self insured plans and operations knowledge, she's leading the way for the Shasta team into the direction of continued success and growth. Addie received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University in 2001. She also sits on the Executive Users Board for our claim system vendor and is instrumental in the development of system enhancements.

Jim Judy, Information Systems Manager

Jim has been with Shasta since its creation.  In the beginning, Jim was the only IS person on staff for Shasta. Through his hard work and dedication, Jim had several promotions and now oversees all of Shasta’s information technology operations. Shasta’s IT department now has multiple key employees to handle all day to day IS operations and any future technology needs that make Shasta a World Class TPA. Jim’s background includes vast technical experience and a degree in Management Information Systems.

Kim Johnson, Member Services Manager

Kim joined Shasta in 2001 working in the Customer Service Department.  She held the role of Shasta’s Customer Service Department Supervisor before moving into her current position as the Member Services Manager, overseeing Customer Service, Benefit Review/Appeals, Subrogation and Coordination of Benefits.  Kim inspires a spirit of excellence in her group and promotes world-class customer service.  Kim’s extensive background in Customer Service and her combined knowledge of Shasta’s operations and client needs make her a valuable asset to our team.

Clint Liptac, Director of Sales

Clint joined the Shasta team in January of 2013 as the Director of Sales. Clint is responsible for engaging new brokers for new client opportunities and growing existing broker partner and client relationships. Clint has over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has worked as an underwriter for one of the largest insurance companies in North America for more than 12 years, working as an analyst specializing in self-funded programs for a boutique brokerage firm in Western Washington for 6 years, and then working as a broker/consultant in the Seattle area for over 4 years. Clint holds both an Oregon and Washington state life and health license.

Rhonda Lester, Operations Manager

Rhonda joined Shasta in 2006 after working at a physician’s office for 5 years as their Office Manager and CPT Code/ICD-9 Billing Specialist. Rhonda has held several positions since joining Shasta working in Customer Service, Claims Processing and Plan Building. Rhonda now serves as Shasta’s Operations Manager and is responsible for the company’s claims adjudication, plan building, eligibility and COBRA administration. Rhonda’s previous working knowledge of all departments helps in her success at managing a claims team that is diligent, accurate and responsive. Rhonda received an Associates of Applied Science degree in Medical Assisting from Virginia Business College.
